In July 2023, I had conducted numerous floor counts of shops and business. Three years later prior to July 2026, I continue to update the figures, business, offices and shops in the Golden Village of City of Richmond, and so I am much in the position to witness the changes 3 years later. If once again in 2029 I would be doing same things again, the materials I could produce and present before and after would become history.
