Golden Village 列治文黃金村

Golden Village (列治文黃金村）is known to be the original business centre since decades ago surrounding the former Vancouver airport. The boundaries of Golden Village are No. 3 Road to the West, Capstan Way to the North, Garden City Road to the East, and Alderbridge Way to the South, nowadays.

In July 2023, I had conducted numerous floor counts of shops and business in the Golden Village. [Historical data are still available.]
Three years later prior to July 2026, I marked this as current in February 2026, I had continued to update the figures, business, offices and shops in the Golden Village of City of Richmond; and so I am much in the position to witness the changes within 3 years. If once again in 2029 I would be doing same things again, the materials I could produce and present before and after would become history.

In February 2026, all Business Blocks in the Golden Village (Richmond in BC of course) had 1603 business in total. Of which, 343 relate to 'Food and Beverages' or 21%.

Another finding is the decrease in the number of business, if compare February 2026 against July 2023, in the Golden Village, as -6%. This figure is subject to revision if further update is  expected in September 2026, whereas resource is available.

直到2026年2月28日止, 在黃金村內的眾多1603商户中、有343 商户是從事於飲食行業，佔約21%。整條"為食街"現有87食肆及飲食場所，佔"為食街"店户總數233的37%。


列治文有三個公車站可直達黃金村- Capstan, Aberdeen & Lansdowne.
