Golden Village (列治文黃金村）is known to be the original business centre since decades ago surrounding the former Vancouver airport. The boundaries of Golden Village are No. 3 Road to the West, Capstan Way to the North, Garden City Road to the East, and Alderbridge Way to the South, nowadays.In July 2023, I had conducted numerous floor counts of shops and business. Three years later prior to July 2026, I continue to update the figures, business, offices and shops in the Golden Village of City of Richmond, and so I am much in the position to witness the changes 3 years later. If once again in 2029 I would be doing same things again, the materials I could produce and present before and after would become history.
